Best Western Plus Parkside Inn & Suites

Our stay at the Best Western Plus was nothing short of wonderful! The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spotless — you can tell the cleaning team takes great pride in their work. Everything felt fresh, tidy, and comfortable, which made our stay so relaxing. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and excellent service. We were so impressed when one of the employees came out to refill our cups while we ate — such a thoughtful touch! This hotel truly exceeded our expectations and was worth every penny. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay at this Best Western. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was made to feel welcome and appreciated as a guest. The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer questions, made sure everything was taken care of, and did it all with a warm, genuine attitude. Customer service like that immediately sets a hotel apart, and she was a huge reason my stay started off on such a positive note. The room itself was extremely clean, well-kept, and surprisingly spacious. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. One of the most impressive things was how quiet the room was. I was located right next to the elevator, which normally would be a concern, but I never heard it even once. There was no hallway noise, no mechanical sounds—just peace and quiet. That level of soundproofing made for an excellent night’s sleep and really shows attention to detail on the hotel’s part. And then there’s the breakfast, which truly deserves its own spotlight. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, from budget to higher-end, and without hesitation I can say this was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. It went far beyond the typical offerings, with a great selection, fresh food, and clearly more effort put into quality and variety. It didn’t feel like an afterthought at all—it felt like a real, enjoyable meal. Overall, this Best Western exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Between the outstanding service, clean and quiet room, and an absolutely unbeatable breakfast, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Nice, quiet, clean hotel. Beautifully decorated. Very friendly staff. Lots of breakfast choices, including blueberries, strawberries, mandarin oranges, and peaches. Great shower. Very good.

My stay at the hotel was great. The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was amazing. My niece and I were greeted with a smile, upon arrival. They were very accommodating. However, I want to especially thank Erin. She was on duty the night of 3/4/26. After I arrived home from my visit, I thought that I left an expensive water bottle in the room. I called the hotel and got Erin. She was very pleasant and understanding. She immediately stopped whatever she was doing to search for my property. When she was unable to locate it, she contacted me to let me know. She didn't stop there. Understanding the value of the bottle and the urgency, she continued to search for it with no luck. Ultimately, I located the bottle in a different bag that hadn't unpacked yet. Although I was happy that I found it, I felt bad for sending Erin on a wild goose chase. I did call back to let her know and to apologize. She was so sweet and pleasant. She wasn't bothered by it at all. She was simply glad that I found it. She continued thanking me for the stay at the hotel and hoped I would keep the hotel in mind for future stays. Because of this, I definitely will. I will also recommend this location to friends and family.

Everything was awesome, and Judi in the kitchen was extremely helpful. I would like to suggest having dried cranberries as a small addition on the breakfast line. Most places we stay have them. They are not very costly and would add a natural sweet treat to my oatmeal. Thank you!

FLO in the Breakfast dining room was such a sweet lady and a hard worker. We visited and found out she knew some of our relatives in the area. She was so kind and helpful and got what we needed. JAMIE at the front desk was very kind and suggested a wonderful place to eat and she was very helpful. Very nice place to stay and clean and very accommodating.

Seriously the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pool water is not freezing cold like most hotels. What a delight. But Judi at the breakfast buffet is a diamond at this hotel. So friendly. She should give Ted talks on customer service. We will be back.

We've been traveling about a month now. From northern Midwest to the Florida keys. This is by far the nicest and most friendly hotel we've been at. Super clean rooms. Great pool area. Great breakfast. All around great job!
